We only guarantee the best and high-quality products for our customer’s satisfaction. But if there are instances that our products didn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked!
Do not that we strictly do not refund items that are damaged through customer mishandling. We also do not accept items for return that are:
- Items purchased through direct retailers
- Incorrectly purchased products
- Damaged products caused by customer mishandling
- Broken items
- Incorrectly delivered items
For non-defective products, customers should ensure that the items must be in the same condition upon receipt with all tags or labels intact. It also must be contained in its original packaging and is unworn, unwashed or unaltered. They should also make sure that the goods are free of smoke, perfume, makeup or deodorant stains, etc.Otherwise, no refund or replacement will be made.
All expenses incurred are at the buyer’s expense. We shall not be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please include the proof of purchase or receipt when applying for a return. Provide a traceable tracking number of the parcel so we may monitor its location.
All refund and return status will be sent to you via email. If refund is approved, it will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment. Processing time may vary so be sure to double check with your credit card company.
You may reach us with photos of the product’s damage/defect extent for faster and hassle-free processing. If your received items appeared to be damaged during transit or found something defective or missing, please give us a message on email@example.com and we’ll help you the soonest we can!
You can cancel your orders within 24 hours before we send it out for confirmation delivery. If you fail to do so, you are to wait until it arrives before you can issue a return.
Do note that all items placed on SALE are non-refundable. Only standard priced items are eligible for refund.
